What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center at childrensgiftstoys.com and follow the instructions. You’ll receive a return authorization and further details on how to proceed.

Who covers the return shipping cost?
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping fees. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes! If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product, please indicate this when submitting your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?
We’re sorry to hear that! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Do you offer refunds for sale items?
Sale items are eligible for returns within 30 days, provided they meet our standard return conditions. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

What if I received the wrong item?
If your order contains an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We’ll arrange for the correct product to be sent to you, and we’ll cover the return shipping for the wrong item.

How will I know if my return has been processed?
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Your refund will then be processed automatically.

Can I return a gift?
Gifts may be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. The gift giver will be notified of the return.
